Paid Time Off (PTO) for Non-Exempt Team Members
First and most important, I apologize that we’ve not been able to correct every team member’s PTO bank. This has taken much longer than we anticipated, and I am sorry.
Second, thank you for your continued patience. We continue to work through outstanding issues, questions, concerns related to PTO, and we greatly appreciate your understanding. Please continue to send your questions to AskHR.
An important reminder: for this first frontload – the amount is prorated based on your anniversary date. Please take a few minutes and re-read the following.
What remains the same for PTO in 2022? The tiers of service and PTO amounts will not change. For example, 0-1 year will receive a total of 80 PTO hours; 1-3 years of service will receive 120 PTO hours; and 3+ years of service will receive 160 PTO hours.
What is changing in 2022? PTO accruals have ended! We are moving to a system in which PTO hours will be frontloaded into your bank based on your anniversary date. What is an anniversary date? It is your date of hire or rehire.
Let’s look at what this looks like as we receive our first paycheck dated February 4, 2022, from Paylocity!! Please take a moment to find your tier of service.

What remains the same for PTO in 2022? The tiers of service and PTO amounts will not change. Any 2021 carry-over PTO hours, if not used by March 31, 2022, will be forfeited.
All Reimbursements (i.e. mileage)
All reimbursements will appear on your pay stub as a deduction. The reimbursement amount will no longer appear as an earning. For example: mileage reimbursement = $25.00
DMILES -$25.00 is how it will appear on your check in the deduction column. The same column as your tax and benefit deductions. The DMILES amount will be added to your net wages.
