Commonwealth Pain & Spine

Important new Paylocity training, end the week with a meditation, and more

Happy Friday! We have made it through another week, and we're excited to share a few quick updates with you. Enjoy the weekend!

"Did You Just Say That?": New Training Assigned from Compliance and Legal

In Paylocity, you will find a short video titled "Did you just say that?" assigned to you. Please take the time to watch and absorb the information. Every employee, including medical providers, is required to watch the video.

Understand that creating inclusive cultures where people can thrive doesn't happen overnight. It takes a continuous process of learning, evolving, and growing-- And we are in it together! Reach out to your leader or the Compliance/Legal departments if you have any questions.

Join Reflections & Confections!

Every Friday at 12:15pm Eastern, join us for Reflections & Confections!

This is a 15-20 minute session that includes a short, guided meditation followed by a sweet treat to celebrate the week. The intent of this activity is to allow everyone the opportunity to slow down and take a few deep breaths for a minute, to help reset as needed.

This is a team member-led initiative. This is completely voluntary and ALL are welcome!

For those in the Louisville office or clinic, we are currently meeting in Cindy's CCM area, behind Patient Support, near the PRC hallway.

For those in other locations, we have a Zoom link set up on the PRC website for you to join virtually: https://www.commonwealthprc.com/c360.

If you have any questions, please let us know at AskHR@mypainsolution.com.
