A Message from Our Friends in Bowling Green
"Ashley Porter, a beloved member of the IPS and CP&S family since December of 2009 was tragically taken away from us on July 24, 2024. As one of the original team members she has seen this company grow by leaps and bounds. Her willingness to help with her infectious smile will truly be missed by all. She leaves behind a husband, David and two beautiful girls, Olivia 13 and Caroline 9, along with a whole host of family and friends. She was not only a coworker but a member of each of our families. Over the past 14 years we've laughed, cried and shared many joyous occasions in her life. And her passing has left a huge hole in our hearts. Our office will not be the same without her and her desk will forever be known as Ashley's desk."
Our First Mobile App Competition
Let the games begin! In the spirit of the 2024 Olympics, we are kicking off our first mobile app competition. The competition started on August 1 and will end at EOD on August 30. The purpose of this friendly competition is to continue promoting our mobile app to patients and highlight the tremendous benefits it provides. Here’s how it will work:
Throughout the month, Cindy will be tracking patient appointments by clinic and the number of patients who join the app. We will then turn these numbers into conversion percentages, so everyone has a fair shot. We will send out a weekly leaderboard, but the winners won’t be named until August 30. We will have Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners, who will each receive prizes:
Gold: T-Shirts, lunch, gold medals at their winners' ceremony (more details to come)
Silver: Ice cream party and silver medals
Bronze: Bronze medals
This won’t be the only competition – we hope to continue this each month, so everyone has a chance to shine.
Please reach out to croney@mypainsolution.com or mhurley@mypainsolution.com if you have any questions. Best of luck to all of you, and let’s go for the gold!
Prioritizing Self-Care!
With family obligations, work deadlines, and the many stresses of daily living, we often put caring for ourselves on the backburner. However, self-care is essential for maintaining overall well-being.
A recent survey found that people experienced numerous benefits from engaging in self-care activities, including:
Enhanced happiness (71%)
Increased productivity (67%)
Boosted self-confidence (64%)
(Source: Vagaro Survey)
No matter how you practice self-care—whether through reading, meditating, or simply relaxing at home—make sure to carve out time for yourself.
You’ll be happier for it!
